How long does a half of beef last?
This depends on how much beef you eat on a weekly basis, but generally speaking:
Boneless Option Steaks:
10 New York Strip Steaks (1” thick)
4 Filet Mignon Steaks (2” thick)
8 Ribeye Steaks (1” thick)
Bone-in Option Steaks:
4 Porterhouse Steaks (1" thick)
6 T-Bone Steaks (1" thick)
8 Rib Steaks (1" thick)
Quarters, halves & whole beefs can be customized to your preference. A questionnaire will be filled out to ensure you are getting exactly what you want.
